We fly throughout the greater metro area and surrounding counties. For projects outside our standard service radius, contact us — we regularly travel for larger mapping, construction, and commercial real estate engagements.

Pricing depends on the service type, site size, flight time, and deliverables (raw files vs. edited/processed outputs). Simple photo or video sessions are quoted as flat-rate packages; mapping, photogrammetry, and recurring construction-progress work are quoted per site based on acreage and delivery requirements. Every job gets a written quote before we schedule anything.

Edited photos and short video deliverables are typically ready within 2–5 business days. Orthomosaic maps, 3D models, and point clouds take longer — usually 5–10 business days — depending on site size and processing complexity. Rush turnaround is available on request.

Safety and image quality both depend on conditions. If wind, rain, or lightning make a scheduled flight unsafe or would compromise the shot, we reschedule at no extra charge — there's no rebooking fee for weather-related delays.

Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPG (RAW available on request). Video is delivered as 4K MP4 (H.264/H.265). Mapping and modeling deliverables include GeoTIFF orthomosaics, point clouds (LAS/LAZ), 3D mesh exports (OBJ), and CAD-compatible contour files (DXF) as needed for your workflow.

No — most clients aren't present for the flight itself. We do ask for a site contact who can grant access and flag any hazards (power lines, livestock, active equipment) ahead of time. You're welcome to be there if you'd like to see the flight in person.

Yes, with the right precautions. Part 107 rules allow flight over people and moving vehicles under specific conditions, and we coordinate with site supervisors beforehand to fly safely around active equipment, crews, and staging areas.

For single photo/video sessions, 3–5 business days' notice is usually enough. For mapping projects, recurring construction-progress documentation, or larger commercial work, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks out to allow for airspace checks and scheduling around weather windows.

Yes. Many construction and development clients book us for weekly, biweekly, or monthly progress flights over the life of a project, delivered as a consistent photo/video series so progress is easy to compare over time. Ask about recurring-package rates.
